Shipping policy

We will ship all ready-made items within five business days after payment is received - usually much sooner.

International shipping is available! Please contact us if you don't see it offered for a product you are interested in purchasing. Please note that the full value of the products will be declared on all customs forms. If any additional customs fees are added, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We do not provide refunds if your item is lost in the mail or misdelivered by USPS or any other carrier, or stopped at customs, so please keep that in mind before you order and be aware of your country's customs/import policies. If reliable mail delivery is a concern for you, please contact us before purchase and we will arrange the purchase of insurance for your package.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own turn around time. These are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes and post updates in our Facebook group.

All orders containing pre-ordered items will be held until the pre-ordered items are in stock (6-8 weeks from when the pre-order ends). If you would like to receive your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for the in-stock items.
